PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC-DC converter reduced in electromagnetic wave irradiation. PSOLUTION: Secondary coils 5, 15 are wound to a transformer 7, secondary coils 6, 16 are wound on a transformer 8, these coils are connected in series, and one-side ends of the secondary coils 5, 6 are connected to each other, thus forming a high-potential secondary-side terminal 3. The connecting point of the secondary coils 5, 15 and the connecting point of the secondary coils 6, 16 are connected to a low-potential secondary-side terminal 4 by individually passing through switching elements 12, 13.
