PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program with which a direction of camera shake is accurately judged at low computation costs, and to accurately judge a degree of camera shake.;SOLUTION: Horizontal and vertical edge gradient images are created using luminance of a photographed image (S110), and an edge strength E(n) is computed for each of judging angles θn within a half circle angle range [0, π].
