PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attach an ACL to document contents data in accordance with the security policy of an organization.;SOLUTION: An access control list attaching system is constituted by connecting: an original contents preparer's terminal 1 for preparing original contents data; a policy server 2 for generating a security policy file concerned with the original contents data and storing the generated file in a storage means; and an authority management server 3 for managing authority concerned with the original contents data through a network.
