PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic attracting method and an electrostatic attracting device capable of sufficiently stabilizing electrostatic attracting force to be applied to a recording medium, and to provide a droplet delivery device.;SOLUTION: Electrical charge is excited in the liquid working as a charge carrier, and the liquid is coated on the recording medium P so that the recording medium P is electrostatically attracted to a conveying belt 4.
