PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for distributing a heart preventive medicine to an ischemic myocardium which is reperfused. PSOLUTION: In order to minimize or substantially eliminate biological reaction to introduction of a medical device to a living body, an implantable medical device can be covered. A drug, medicine, and compounding substance for its treatment can be utilized in order to promote healing and can also be utilized in order to treat a specified disease. Also, the medicine for treatment can also be distributed to an affected region and can also be improved in order to promote endothelialization. In order to hold the drug, medicine, and compounding substance on the medical device, various materials and application methods can be utilized. The apparatus for distributing the medical device can decrease damage to the medical device during disposition thereof. In order to adjust the elution rates of the drug, medicine, and compounding substance for treatment from the medical device, a combination of polymers can be utilized.
