PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a loading property of a load carrying platform floor by reducing the thickness of a floor frame block and restraining cost by improving productivity.;SOLUTION: The floor frame block 6 is constituted by integrally forming left and right vertical beams 2 extending in the longitudinal direction of a vehicle, an intermediate beam 3 connecting the vertical beams 2 to each other and an outer receiver beam 4 projected toward the left and right sides of the vehicle from the side part of each of the vertical beams 2 and setting a cross-section shape in accordance with a bending moment by light alloy casting, the load carrying platform floor 9 of prescribed length is assembled by fixing a plurality of the floor frame blocks 6 by using a temporary longitudinal member 7 extending in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, and the temporary longitudinal member 7 is removed after fastening each of the floor frame blocks 6 on a side rail 1 by loading the load carrying platform floor 9 on the side rail 1.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
