PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method or the like by which even a user who is not familiar with such an operation can easily construct a three-dimensional image by guiding an image constructing procedure of the three-dimensional image.;SOLUTION: The electron microscope is provided with a display part capable of displaying the observation image photographing the observation object, an adjusting part which is capable of adjusting any of at least the movement, inclination, magnification/shrinkage of a first observation image displayed on the display part, a guide part which guides so as to make the observation object incline to a prescribed angle that causes parallax to the first observation image and adjust the size or position by the adjusting part in order to photograph a second image from the same visual point as the first observation image, and a three-dimensional image formation part which forms a three-dimensional image by utilizing parallax using the second observation image photographed by the guide part and the first observation image.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
