PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double stepped pipe jacking method capable of solving a problem that the conventional double pipe jacking method has, facilitating the construction work to increase work efficiency and reducing a construction cost.;SOLUTION: The double stepped pipe jacking method constructing only a first buried pipe 10 in the first half section on a starting shaft H1 side and only a second buried pipe 20 in the latter half section on an arrival shaft H2 side in a propulsion section from the starting shaft H1 to the arrival shaft H2 in the ground E includes the first half propulsion process (a) driving and burying the first buried pipe 10 in the first half section by connecting the first buried pipe 10 to a boring machine 30 and the latter half propulsion process (b) driving and burying the second buried pipe 20 in the latter half section up to the arrival shaft H2 by driving the second buried pipe 20 connected to the boring machine 30 through the inside of the first buried pipe 10 after the connection of the boring machine 30 with the first buried pipe 10 is released.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
