PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road imbedded type life line box tank used for a foundation of an installation item on a road and an emergency water tank containing CC boxes for electric wires embedded in the ground or other life lines and for securing water temporarily necessary for fire-extinguishing water or drinking water in a time of disaster. PSOLUTION: Reduction of construction period and stability of the strength are obtained by existing concrete secondary products produced in a factory. Embedment in the ground of electric wires and other lifelines are contained separately and the residual space is secured for emergent water resource.
