PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding chair to which beach umbrella can be attached, which enables its user to do an outdoor activity such as sports-spectating, fishing, agricultural processing and the like while seated without exposed to direct sunlight on a hard-surface place such as a ground, a field, a concrete surface, an asphalt surface, a harbor, and a bank and does not fall, is prevented from floating up or being blown off even if it is windy to some extent, and can be folded as compactly as possible to make it conveniently portable.;SOLUTION: A pole clamp 4 is fitted and fixed to a main structure pipe 41 of the backrest of the folding chair. The clamp is made so that, a pole of a beach umbrella can be attached. The chair has a tumble-proof function so that it does not fall nor float up even if it is windy to some extent. A support pipe 7 on a ground, which can be folded and stored is attached. Moreover, a floating-up tumble-proof weight-loading net 6 is attached to the chair and a weight is placed on the net, so that the chair does not fall nor float up even if it is windy to some extent.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
