PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contact lens removing method, a contact lens removing tool, and a contact lens removing tool set allowing a user to safely, easily, and infallibly removing contact lenses.;SOLUTION: The method for removing a contact lens 9 applied to an eye is adapted to remove the contact lens 9 by providing a water flow (a) having a water pressure larger than a predetermined pressure to a gap S between an outer surface of the eye 5 and a periphery of the contact lens 9. At least one of the intensity of the water flow (a) and the number of the water flows (a) is controlled.
