PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circulation code printer which can efficiently and surely scan a circulation code even when the circulation code cannot be read by a scanner in a shop, a circulation code printing system and a circulation code printing method.;SOLUTION: The circulation code printer 100 is equipped with a printer part 4 which prints a second circulation code, a code scanner part 2 for discriminating the type of code on a first circulation code and a control part 3. The control part 3 includes a template forming part 25 which forms a template for changing commodity data of the first circulation code into the second circulation code on the basis of printing design information, a template storage part 33 which stores the template and a printing data forming part 24 for making, from the acquired template and commodity data, printing data to be used by the printer part to print the second circulation code.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
