PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein the resolution is not decreased even in the conditions in which a Doppler shift exists.;SOLUTION: There are provided: transmission frequency converters 3 and 4 for converting an F-Barker series and a B-Barker series into a first and a second frequency signals; a synthesizer 5 for composing the first and the second frequency signals to simultaneously output them; receiving frequency converters 10 and 11 for converting the first and the second frequency signals in the receiving signals into the F-Barker series and the B-Barker series; an F-Barker series pulse compressor 12 for outputting a first pulse compression signal by a mutual correlation function between the received and transmitted F-Barker series; an B-Barker series pulse compressor 13 for outputting a second pulse compression signal by a mutual correlation function between the received and transmitted B-Barker series; and a synthesis processor 14 for obtaining the mean of the first pulse compression signal and the second pulse compression signal.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
