PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quantitative analysis chip capable of performing simply highly-accurate quantitative analysis, a quantitative method using the chip, and a quantitative analyzer and a system using the chip.;SOLUTION: This quantitative analysis chip for a target biomolecule is equipped with two or more sensor domains having the same area, provided on the surface of a solid-phase substrate; a non-sensor domain provided on its periphery adjacently to the sensor domains; and a probe immobilizing domain where a probe of a plurality of molecules bondable to the target biomolecule can be immobilized, provided in each domain of the two or more sensor domains. In the chip, the total number of molecules of the probe immobilized in the probe immobilizing domain is different in each probe immobilizing domain, and each sensor domain has stronger affinity to specimen solution including the target biomolecules than the non-sensor domain, and when the specimen solution including the target biomolecules is allowed to flow on the solid-phase substrate surface and to pass the sensor domains, the specimen solution forms droplets having the same volume on each sensor domain.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
