PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically assign a recovery agent to a specification.;SOLUTION: The customer code of each customer is managed correspondingly to the area structure group code of the customer concerned in a customer management table 11. Each area structure group code is managed correspondingly to the recovery agent code of a recovery agent which takes charge of money collection of an area related to the area structure group code concerned. An area structure group code specification part 19 specifies, in reference to the customer management table 11, the area structure group code corresponding to a customer code contained in the specification.
