PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bit replaceable shield machine for easily performing bit replacing work in an excellent work environment when necessary.;SOLUTION: This bit replaceable shield machine has a rotary part 6 for advancing in the boring advancing direction while rotating around a rotary shaft, a spoke 2 rotatably extended with a support shaft in the radial direction of the rotary part 6 and forming a plane part 2A in the part by cutting a part of the outer periphery of a column, a bit 3 detachably installed in the plane part 2A and having the tip positioned inside the outer periphery of the spoke 2, a spoke holding part 4A installed in the radial direction of the rotary shaft, rotatably supporting the spoke 2, having respectively opening parts 4C and 4D on the front side and the rear side in the boring advancing direction and having its front end part positioned in the rear of the tip of the bit 3 in advancing boring, and a bit replacing work chamber 4B arranged in the rear of the spoke holding part 4A and performing replacing work of the bit 3 via the rear side opening part 4D.
