PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filler-containing thermoplastic resin molded article composed of a thermoplastic resin and e.g. a plant-based filler with a large aspect ratio, having sufficient mechanical strength such as tensile strength and bending strength and low in discoloration, and to provide a method for producing thermoplastic resin gel containing filler for producing the molded article.;SOLUTION: The invention relates to the thermoplastic resin molded article obtained by the following steps, a step mixing an organic or an inorganic filler with the thermoplastic resin, a step agitating the mixture in high speed by an agitator allowing the thermoplastic resin melt and form the thermoplastic resin gel containing the filler as the result of frictional heat, a step taking out the gel from the agitator and press molding into a molded article with predetermined shape under cooling, wherein the thermoplastic resin comprises 20-40 wt.%. of a polyethylene-based resin and ≥80 wt.%. of polypropylene-based resin in the remaining resin component.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
