PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for transferring tea branches and leaves designed to immediately lift and transfer the branches and leaves just after cutting, shorten the front and rear dimensions from an apparatus for transfer to a plucking machine and compose the plucking machine compact without installing a horizontally transfer part in, e.g. the plucking machine accompanied with lifting and transferring and to provide a tea cutting machine to which the technique is applied.;SOLUTION: The technique for transfer is equipped with a transfer duct 6 for making an air stream flow to a cutting blade 22 for cutting off the tea branches and leaves A such as tea leaves or branches and trunks in the interior for the cutting blade 22 and transferring the tea branches and leaves A after cutting to prescribed positions by pneumatic feeding in the transfer duct 6.
