PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aseismatic reinforcing method for improving aseismatic performance of the whole building without breaking the exterior and interior.;SOLUTION: In an aseismatic reinforcing technology, main joining parts around a column of balloon framing of a wooden building are reinforced into flexible structure to reinforce at few parts, to have little dispersion in aseismatic performance regardless of a new or existing structure, to cut down cost other than aseismatic reinforcement, to perform construction work without interfering with the use of the building, to have few restrictions on repair and room arrangement change after construction and to display functional explanation at the parts of the building to maintain aseismatic performance, in a series.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
