PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biaxially oriented polyamide film that has excellent transparency and flexural fatigue resistance and is extremely excellent in easy tearability upon tearing the film in the longitudinal direction.;SOLUTION: The easily tearable biaxially oriented polyamide film is made of the polyamide composition comprising 65-95 wt% of an aliphatic polyamide (A) and 35-5 wt% of a semi-aromatic polyamide (B) consisting of a diamine unit comprising 1,9-nonanediamine and/or 2-methyl-1,8-octadiamine unit to the total diamine unit, and a diamine unit having the same carbon number as that of the repetition structure unit of the aliphatic polyamide (A) in an amount of ≥60 mol% to the total diamine unit, and a dicarboxylic acid unit containing 60 mol% or more telephthalic acid to the total dicarboxylic acid unit. The easily tearable biaxially oriented polyamide film satisfies |Tm(B)-Tm(A)|40°C when the melting point of the aliphatic polyamide(A) is Tm(A) and the melting point of the semi-aromatic polyamide is TM(B).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
