BUILDING BEARING STRENGTH REINFORCING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for preventing collapse and preventing deformation of a building, when excessive force exceeding proper bearing strength inherent in the building acts on the building by a natural disaster, temporal deterioration and excessive loading.;SOLUTION: This building yield strength reinforcing device is composed of a setting member for detecting the deformation generated when the excessive force acts on the building, a rope body being a brace member, and a winder attached with the reverse rotation preventive function of winding this rope body. The winder 8a is arranged in a lower part of one column 1a of an opening part composed of a column and a beam, and an end part of the rope body being the brace member 11a is installed in a top part 10a of the opposed columns 1b. An intermediate part of the brace member is set to this setting member by installing the setting member 9a in a position for constituting a triangle of the column and the beam with a brace material as an oblique line in an upper part of the column 1a attached with the winder, and is released from the setting member 9a by applying tension to the brace material 11a when the deformation is generated in the building, and yield strength of the building is reinforced by constructing a diagonal brace 12a by winding the brace material on the winder 8a.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
