PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical treatment effect prediction method capable of predicting quickly and inexpensively the medical treatment effect by chemotherapy of lung cancer by solving the problem wherein, in order to predict the medical treatment effect of lung cancer, a great deal of time and cost is required for measurement and acquisition of a result.;SOLUTION: The effect by the chemotherapy can be quickly predicted by detecting the arterial blood carbonylhemoglobin concentration detectable by a comparatively simple measuring device and its variation.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
