PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coloring agent for an eye lens usable without being eluted, and to provide a colored eye lens material obtained by using the coloring agent. PSOLUTION: The colored eye lens material is obtained by polymerizing a coloring agent for an eye lens expressed by formula (I); wherein, Y is H or CHSB3/SB, and n is an integer from 1 to 5, a coloring agent for an eye lens expressed by formula (II); wherein Y is H or CHSB3/SB, and n is an integer from 1 to 5, and a monomer for a lens.
