PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compute a production-system coefficient and a degradation-system coefficient which are used for a differential equation for an S-System model which estimates an expression interaction between genes. PSOLUTION: A degradation-system coefficient estimation part 120 computes a degradation-system coefficient under the conditions that the objective gene is the only gene which plays a role in degradation, and a production-system coefficient part 130 computes a production-system coefficient under the conditions that the number of genes playing a role in production is limited to at most a specific number. At that time, the production-system coefficient estimation part 130 produces groups of genes at the specific number or less and computes a production-system coefficient for each group of genes. A coalition evaluation part 140 generates a differential equation for each gene by using a degradation-system coefficient and a production-system coefficient and computes the expression quantity of each gene by coalescing each of the differential equations and integrating them. Then, the coalition evaluation part compares the computed expression quantity with time-course data to compute an evaluation value, and then selects an optimum production-system coefficient based on the evaluation value.
