PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flue gas treating apparatus completely burning unburnt gas in the incinerator, and an incinerator having the flue gas treating apparatus.;SOLUTION: This ceramic heater type indirect heat utilizing flue gas treating apparatus consists of a ceramic heater comprising a ceramic part formed of a hollow cylindrical body and having a heat source heater part inside and a heater at the upper part; the flue gas treating apparatus formed of a hollow flue gas treating part enclosing the ceramic part in the center and having an exhaust passage at the upper part; and a soot and dust eliminating apparatus formed of a soot and dust eliminating part connected to the lower part of the flue gas treating part and provided with a vacuum device connecting hole. The incinerator is composed of a gasifying combustion apparatus comprising a gasifying combustion chamber connected to exhaust passage of the flue gas treating apparatus, and a waste throw-in door; and an ash receiving and air intake part installed under the gasifying combustion apparatus and comprising an ash receiving part and an air intake chamber provided with an air intake hole.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
