PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid, solid or granular additive for a humidifier for obtaining good effects on the trachea of a human body, mental and physical relaxation and disinfection effects by adding the additive into water for humidifying by the humidifier to humidify simultaneously with water so as to be inhaled and breathed by persons.;SOLUTION: A natural component supposed to obtain medicinal effects such as a natural herb or mint, and a processed product comprising chemical processed drug obtaining a corresponding effect, or an extract simple substance of those or a mixed processed product of those are added at some rate into humidifying water of the humidifier. The product is thereby humidified together with water and inhaled and breathed by the person to obtain good effects on the trachea of the human body, physical and mental relaxation and disinfection effects.
