PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low molecular weight derivative of biomolecule, a crosslinked polymer synthesized from the derivative and to provide an adhesive for biological tissue with low toxicity to living organism and excellent in affinity to the living organism and quickly hardening in relation to intravital decomposable and adsorbable pressure sensitive medical material such as an adhesive for tissue of living organisms, etc., comprising the derivative as a hardening component and a biodegradable polymer as an adhesive component.;SOLUTION: The invention relates to the low molecular weight derivative of biomolecule obtained by modifying a dicarboxylic acid derived from living organism such as malic acid, oxalacetic acid, succinic acid, 2-ketoglutaric acid, fumaric acid, aspartic acid, glutamic acid and their derivatives by an electron-attracting group, and relates to the crosslinked polymer derived from the derivative. The biodegradable and absorbable pressure sensitive adhesive medical material having a high adhesive strength and a quick hardening property is obtained by using the low molecular weight derivative of biomolecule as a hardening component in a two component adhesive.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
