PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for generating the turning path of an airplane for reducing an operation load, and for generating a flight path on which an airplane passes at a target passing spot in the shortest distance.;SOLUTION: A leeward side turning path m1 and a windward side turning path m2 are generated by making a predetermined elliptic path logic proximate to an ellipse at a fixed bank angle by a path generating part 31. As for the leeward side tuning path m1 as an interface, the long axis a1 and short axis b1 of the ellipse are calculated, and path information for making it possible for an airplane to pass through a target passage point in the shortest distance is generated.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
