PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable various procedures related to forced sale of estate on line.;SOLUTION: This forced sale management system comprises a means for communicating via the Internet, a member database for managing member information, a forced sale database for managing information related to forced sale content and an actually performed forced sale, a means for managing the forced sale schedule and the procedure time limit, an authentication means of a member computer having accessed, a means for individually presenting a state related to the forced sale to every member computer, a means for storing, in the forced sale database, application information received from the member computers in a forced sale application period, and moving the process to a collection processing of deposits, a means for allowing bidding of the computer of the member of which deposit collection is guaranteed, a means for storing bid information in the forced sale database, and a means for receiving a bid opening command from a managing computer after a bid opening time limit, specifying a successful bidder and a next rank sale applicant, and presenting a subsequent procedure to these member computers.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
