PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot finished aluminum-alloy plate minimal in irregularity of alumite and also to provide a method for manufacturing parts minimal in irregularity of alumite by machining the plate and and then applying alumite treatment.;SOLUTION: The hot finished aluminum-alloy plate for alumite treatment minimal in striped pattern can be provided by providing a chemical composition which consists of 0.04 to 0.50% Si, 0.01 to 0.10% Ti, 1.5 to 3.0% Mg and the balance Al with impurities and in which the ratio between Si content and Ti content satisfies (Si content)/(Ti content)≤5.
