PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gene structure predicting method and a gene structure predicting program capable of accurately predicting the domain and structure of an unknown gene from genome base sequence based on tiling array data. PSOLUTION: The structure of gene is predicted by using the tiling array on which a partial base sequence regularly extracted from the genome base sequence as a probe, by acquiring the tiling array data regarding the expression strength of each probe measured in the tiling array and the genome base sequence data regarding the genome base sequence, by estimating the expression domain of the gene in the genome base sequence on the basis of the acquired tiling array data, and by determining the structure of the gene on the basis of the tiling array data and the genome base sequence data for every base standing in a row in the neighbors of the starting point.
