PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it unnecessary to change the other program of APs which execute interprogram communication, in the case that the program description language of one AP is changed, and even if a data format which cannot be expressed by the changed program description language is included in the other AP.;SOLUTION: A data structure generation system 2 generates data structure information (identifiers, sizes, offsets and so on) of each item which an AP 41 transmits and receives based on the program description 1 of an AP41 and registers the information with a data structure storage part 3. When data are transmitted, the AP 51 transfers the identifier and a value of an item to be included in the data transmitted to a data operation means 53. The data operation means 53 refers to the data structure storage part 3 and generates transmission data which include the value in a prescribed byte position. When data are received, the AP 51 transfers the identifier of an item referred to to the data operation means 53.
