PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sort out a red corpuscle in a specimen more efficiently and precision even with respect to a specimen in which yeast like fungi. PSOLUTION: The analyzing method of the particle in the specimen includes a specimen preparing step for applying damage to the cell membrane of yeast like fungi with out hemolyzing the red corpuscle in the specimen and applying fluorescent stain treatment thereto by a fluorescent pigment to prepare a specimen solution, a detection step for detecting first data, which reflects the size of the particle, and second data, which reflects the fluorescent stain degree of the particle, from the particle in the specimen solution and a discrimination step for sorting out the red corpuscle on the basis of the detected first and second data.
