PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resale system for reselling a returned merchandise within an expiration date, which is trouble-free as health food, at a bargain within the expiration date.;SOLUTION: The resale system comprises: a resale price determining means for determining the resale price of the health food returned from a sales store, based on manufacturing data including the expiration date to be acquired from at least a manufacturer, a popularity degree to be acquired from a consumer, and sales data to be acquired from the sales outlet; and a presenting means for presenting the reselling at least price and amount determined by the resale price determining means to the consumer as merchandise information via a communication means.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
