PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a "danger information communication system, danger information transmitting device, danger information receiving device and danger information notification method" for indicating danger for preventing any obstacle by changing a traffic lane when the obstacle is confirmed by a driver. PSOLUTION: A first vehicle 10 calculates dangerous regions A to B and a time zone when the first vehicle 10 is present in the dangerous regions A to B based on the location, direction and speed of the first vehicle 10 and the location of an obstacle 60, and transmits it to a second vehicle 20. The second vehicle 20 calculates a time zone when the second vehicle 20 is present in the dangerous regions based on the location, direction and speed of the second vehicle 20 and the received information, and outputs warning information when the respective time zones are matched. Thus, it is possible to indicate danger when the second vehicle 20 evades the obstacle 60 by changing a traffic lane, and it is possible for the driver to prevent the second vehicle 20 from being put in any dangerous state, and to prevent any accident.
