PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To structurally take measures for a gathering device or a gathering binding machine so that sheet feeders equipped with an individual driving device can be exchanged one another along an available transferring device.;SOLUTION: This device 1 for gathering saddle stitching printed sheets for printed materials such as magazines and booklets is composed of a transferring device 2 forming a saddle-shaped gathering section and a plurality of printed sheet feeders 3 placed along the gathering section. These printed sheet feeders are controlled so that each rotary angle is equal to each other or variable, and driven so that the clock pulse coincides with that of the transferring device 2.
