PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas molecule selecting material for discriminating a volatile molecule belonging to a molecule group high in the similarity of a molecular structure, and provide a gas molecule sensing element using it, a gas sensor array, and a gas molecule analyzing method.;SOLUTION: The gas molecule detecting element is characterized in that an ion liquid is held on a plasma organic membrane and uses the gas molecule selecting material and constituted by forming the gas molecule selecting material on the surface of a quartz vibrator. Further, the gas sensor array is constituted by arranging a plurality of the gas molecule sensing elements different in the concentration of the ion liquid of the gas molecule selecting material. The gas molecule analyzing method is constituted by calculating analyzed data by the analysis of a main component obtained by performing the standardization between parameters extracted corresponding to a time-sensor response curve obtained by the gas sensor array.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
