PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door enclosing structure at the wood carry-in port of a drying chamber in which the door can be opened/closed without abutting against an outer rail laid on the outside of the drying chamber and airtightness can be kept in the drying chamber when the door is closed. ;SOLUTION: An inner rail 4 is laid on the floor surface of a drying chamber 1 having a wood carry-in port 2 provided with an opening/closing door 3 and an outer rail 5 is laid on the outside in the extending direction of the inner rail 4. In such a wood dryer, plate grooves 22 are made at the positions corresponding to the inner and outer rails 4, 5 in a rising part 20 projecting above the inner and outer rails 4, 5 from the floor surface at the bottom on the circumferential fringe of the opening of wood carry-in port 2 and an enclosing plate 23 is fitted removably in the plate groove 22. When the drying chamber 1 is enclosed, the enclosing plate 23 is fitted in the plate groove 22.
