SEAT RESERVATION PROCESSING PROGRAM AND SEAT RESERVATION PROCESSING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively use empty seats caused by reservation cancellation and the like on the day of a performance.;SOLUTION: A server 20 receives a seat reservation from a user portable terminal 10 (Step 101), and transfers ticket information to the user portable terminal 10 (Step 102). On the day of the performance, when the user portable terminal 10 is held over an access gate 30 for an entry to the performance site, a seat use status is transferred to the server 20 (Step 104). Delays and cancellations, if any, are notified by off-site user portable terminals 10 and empty seats are identified (Step 103). A seat change request is received from the on-site user portable terminal 10 and a temporary seat change is made (Step 105). When the authorized user arrives at the site, the temporary user is notified to leave the seat (Step 106).
