PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information support system for actively providing information of exhibits to a user.;SOLUTION: When the user carrying a mobile phone 10 enters an area M in the vicinity of the exhibit 30, the speaker 20 of the mobile phone generates a sound, and the sound V is virtually generated in a direction wherein the exhibit 30 is present. Further, when the user carrying the mobile phone 10 approaches the exhibit 30, the sound volume of the sound V increases and when the user is apart from the exhibit 30, the sound volume of the sound V gets smaller. Moreover, when the attitude angle of the mobile phone 10 is changed, the sound V is virtually generated in the direction wherein the exhibit 30 is present on the basis of data of the attitude angle.
