PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a real estate property guiding system for preliminarily grasping a stereoscopic scenery in an arbitrary time and season between the peripheral arbitrary places of real estate property.;SOLUTION: A latent purchaser or a lease candidate performs access through the Internet browser of a user terminal 1 to a path/environment information setting server 11 connected to a network 100, and sets and inputs a path(or a path between arbitrary peripheral facilities) between the property and an arbitrary peripheral facility and environment conditions(seasons, time zones, weathers). A three-dimensional CG moving image map manufacturing server 9 manufactures a three-dimensional CG moving image map by using data inputted from a three-dimensional scenery/environment database 12 based on information set by the user terminal 1.
