PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens interchangeable camera integral with imaging element which efficiently conducts heat in an interchangeable lens to the camera body for heat radiation without complicating the mounting/demounting operation of the interchangeable lens. PSOLUTION: In the lens interchangeable camera 10 integral with imaging element, an interchangeable lens unit 12 has a camera body fitting part 20 provided with a heat conductive elastic member 94 which elastically contacts close with a CCD 44 in the lens unit through a heat conductive part 92. When the lens unit 12 is mounted in the camera body 14, the conductive elastic member 94 elastically contacts to the conductive part 96 disposed in the lens unit fitting part 22 of the body 14 to conduct the heat by the CCD 44 and a board 90, etc., through the conductive part 92 and the conductive elastic member 94 to the conductive part 96 and a radiation fin 98 of the camera body 14 and a cooler 100, thus efficiently radiating the heat.
