PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a designed cleansing sheet visualizing information on the components of a skin secretion, and providing interesting visualized information.;SOLUTION: When disposing a reaction layer having chemical agents causing a color reaction with the components of the secretion transmitted through a sebum-absorbing layer for absorbing sebum in the secretion, inside chemical agents are disposed so as to form a significant pattern by reaction with the components of the secretion transmitted through the sebum-absorbing layer. An information reader for reading the significant pattern transmits information included in the significant pattern read from the cleansing sheet to a skin condition-diagnosis device for storing secretion information corresponding to skin-condition information, through a communication network. The skin condition-diagnosis device transmits skin-condition information derived from the secretion information included in the received information to the information reader.
