PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a quantum state corresponding to secret information without the whole of the secret information is known by any center device in quantum communication.;SOLUTION: In each of n pieces of center devices, each secret value σj is generated and its distributed value is dispersedly distributed to other center devices. Next, each center device calculates a complement value K[j] by a Lagrangian complement formula, etc. Then, a center device P1 generates a quantum state |ψ[1] corresponding to its complement value K[1] and transmits it to a center device P2. A center device PS (note that s is one term of a set {2, ..., t} and n≤t) repeats processing for performing unitary conversion corresponding to its complement value K[S] and transmitting the quantum state |ψ[S] which is its result to a quantum state |ψ[S] received from a center device PS-1.
