PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism improving morals of an operator himself/herself for preventing intended damage, which cannot be prevented by security countermeasure software, by informing the operator that an operation history is always managed and monitored in use of the information processor by the operator. PSOLUTION: In the information processor, when an output command is issued from the information processor to an output system such as a printout machine, information saving equipment, and a communication browser, an issue time and a finish time of the output command (when), the output command itself (what), an operator ID (who) and processing information (B-K) are stored in an individual database (a monitoring history) O from an output command issue history (logging) database H to be monitored.
