PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission cable in which an installing work is facilitated, in which heat ingress is reduced, and in which efficiency is improved. PSOLUTION: This is provided with the inside pipe 105 to house a coolant flow passage 101, a superconductive conductor part 102, and an electricity insulating part 103, the outside pipe 106, and a vacuum heat insulating part 104 between the inside pipe and the outside pipe, and furthermore, between the inside pipe and the outside pipe, an inside pipe support ring to be contacted with the outside of the inside pipe slidably and an outside pipe support ring to be fixed to the inside of the outside pipe, and a support member to be arranged and installed between the inside pipe support ring and the outside pipe support ring.
