PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an allochroous coloring excellent in repeated practical use and free from contamination by a coating instrument used for color and to provide an allochroous coloring set as a combination of allochroous appliances.;SOLUTION: The allochroous coloring 2 comprises an allochroous image 4 formed on a supporting body 3 selected from among synthetic paper, cloth, films, plastics, rubber, synthetic leather and leather support, and a porous layer 5 formed by fixed a low refractive index pigment with a binder resin in a dispersed state on at least a part of the color-invariable image 4. The porous layer changes into transparent or translucent in a water absorption state to make the allochroous image visible.
