PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate various wastes wherein cost of a copy machine is high, standby-power is required in a non-copying time and a card-like ID certificate is copied on B5 paper. PSOLUTION: This management program for medical administrative work is executed on a PC 10 to store the items mentioned in ID certificates such as an insurance certificate as an image by using a WEB camera 20 connected to the USB socket of the PC 10 or the like, and to easily read and display the image as necessary in an image display area 13h in parallel with an input area 13g of the data items of the insurance certificate.
