PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a foamed molding having high ant-proofing performance without allowing a boric acid compound applied on its surface in a stage of preliminarily expanded particles to be separated in a process for molding the preliminarily expanded particles. PSOLUTION: In a method in which the preliminarily expanded particles coated with the boric acid compound are packed in a mold, and the foamed molding having a prescribed shape and ant-proofing properties is produced through a heating process and a cooling process, the heating process is made a preliminary heating process comprising one-sided heating and reverse one-sided heating and a main heating process comprising double-sided heating. In the preliminary heating process, a time for the preceding one-sided heating is made to be by at least 50% longer than that for the succeeding reverse one-sided heating.
