PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure management of a digital hybrid machine by an administrator and to maintain security of the digital hybrid machine and a local area network where the digital hybrid machine is connected since settings of the digital hybrid machine are changed under the recognition by the administrator while settings of the digital hybrid machine can not be changed without recognition by the administrator.;SOLUTION: When settings of the digital hybrid machine are required to be changed, a center server 21 displays an operation end button for indicating the end of operation of the digital hybrid machine in a new page on the network together with operation contents and a procedure of the digital hybrid machine for changing settings of the digital hybrid machine (S14) and sends the e-mail in which information for accessing the page is described to the administrator of the digital hybrid machine (S16).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
